Refund policy

07 Days Returns

You may request a refund within 07 days after the order has been delivered. Customers who wish to exchange their order for another product may be required to pay shipping charges again.

 

Full Refund

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund plus shipping charges.

1- Email subject: Return/Exchange

2- Order number

3- Customer's cell phone number

 

Upon receipt of the email, we will reply to your email within 48 hours to communicate with you on the details of the return/exchange, please be careful when choosing a return/exchange as the return shipping cost is high, thank you for your cooperation.
